When recycling old IT equipment it is amazing to us at SDR how many old PCs arrive without their cables.

Where do they go?

Straight into waste bins and no doubt straight into landfill!

Please make sure that when you return computer and electronic equipment that all the cables and power supplies are enclosed.

All can be recycled, cables full of copper and other metals that can and should be recycled.

You could also ask SDR to supply bins at your premises to allow staff members to deposit old batteries, cables, printer cartridges etc.
