Working in the NHS you have a Legal Obligation for good data management

“All individuals who work for an NHS organisation are responsible for any records which they create or use in the performance of their duties.  Furthermore, any record that an individual creates is a public record”.

The word INDIVIDUALS is key here, that means EVERYONE working in the NHS has a legal obligation to manage data in the proper way.

The buck can stop with YOU, but at Secure Data Recycling we give support and advice on how best to manage your data and then ultimately destroy it.

Don’t assume that someone else is looking after this issue as, and we repeat:

“All individuals who work for an NHS organisation are responsible for any records which they create or use in the performance of their duties. Furthermore, any record that an individual creates is a public record”.
